Role Description The Player Account Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with assigned players to enhance satisfaction, engagement, and retention. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring player accounts, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing proactive support across multiple communication channels. The role involves analyzing player behavior and account activity, identifying opportunities to personalize offers or experiences, and coordinating with internal teams such as support, product, and marketing. The Player Account Manager will maintain accurate records of interactions, follow established procedures for account security and compliance, and provide feedback to improve processes and player-focused initiatives. This role requires consistent, professional communication and a solutions-oriented approach in a fast-paced, digital environment.
Qualifications
Experience in customer or player account management, client services, or relationship management, ideally in gaming, entertainment, or a digital product environment.
Strong communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to explain complex information in an accessible way.
Comfort with data and analytics tools to review account activity, identify trends, and generate insights that inform player engagement strategies.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail in a remote work setting.
Proficiency with common CRM or support platforms, ticketing systems, and collaboration tools used in remote teams.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and a calm, professional approach to handling sensitive or escalated situations.
