Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will plan, execute, and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms to grow brand awareness and engagement. Daily responsibilities include creating and scheduling posts, optimizing content for each platform, monitoring performance metrics, and adjusting campaigns based on data and trends. The role includes close collaboration with content and product teams to align messaging with broader marketing goals, community management through timely responses and conversations, and staying current with social media best practices and platform updates.
Qualifications
Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to manage and grow multi-platform presence.
Experience with Content Strategy and Writing to develop consistent, audience-focused messaging and campaigns.
Excellent Communication skills for clear, inclusive, and engaging interaction with online communities and internal teams.
Ability to use analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and make informed decisions.
Familiarity with social media management tools and scheduling platforms.
Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
Previous experience in a social media, digital marketing, or brand management role is preferred.
Relevant education in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is beneficial.
