Wordpress / CRM Developer

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain WordPress websites, including custom themes, plugins, and page layouts.
Ensure website performance, security, and responsiveness across devices.
Manage website updates, bug fixes, and ongoing maintenance.
Build and maintain lead capture forms and landing pages, ensuring smooth data flow into the CRM.
Own, configure, and maintain Navtech's CRM system (Pipedrive), including custom fields, workflows, automations, and API-level integrations.
Configure custom CRM dashboards, views, and automated workflows and alerts for leadership visibility.
Support sales/BD teams with deal stages, activity logs, and pipeline records.
Ensure CRM data quality and hygiene through structured validation and clean-up processes.
Take up CRM development and automation-related tasks beyond standard configuration.
Onboard team members, create SOPs, and provide training.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a WordPress developer, with strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
Experience building and customizing WordPress themes and plugins.
Working knowledge of any CRM platform, such as Pipedrive, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
Experience working with APIs, webhooks, or automation platforms such as Zapier or Make.
Good understanding of CRM data structures and workflow automation.
Good debugging and troubleshooting skills across both website and CRM systems.
Strong communication skills to coordinate with sales, marketing, and leadership teams.
