Lacerlief Advisory is currently seeking reliable, professional, and fully bilingual individuals for Remote Customer Service Representative positions. This role involves handling a high volume of inbound customer interactions while delivering a high standard of service, accuracy, and professionalism.
IMPORTANT: This position requires full bilingual fluency in both Spanish and English. Applicants must be able to speak, read, write, and communicate professionally in both languages without limitation.

This is a flexible opportunity offering both full-time and part-time availability, with 24/7 scheduling options.
Responsibilities
• Manage inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both Spanish and English
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining professionalism
• Provide accurate information and support across various service channels
• Maintain a calm, patient, and solution-oriented approach
• Escalate complex issues when appropriate
• Follow all client protocols and compliance guidelines
• Accurately document all customer interactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective resolution
Qualifications
• FULL bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is REQUIRED
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Prior customer service or call center experience (preferred)
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Professional communication skills and clear phone presence are essential

• Desktop or laptop with 8GB–16GB RAM
• Must have a Windows-based operating system — No Exceptions
• Ethernet connection required (Wi-Fi not permitted)
• Compatible USB 3.0 Ethernet adapter (if needed)
• A dual monitor setup is required
• Noise-canceling headset with microphone
• Dedicated, quiet workspace
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Schedule & Availability
• 24/7 operation — flexible scheduling available
• Agents select their working hours weekly
• Minimum weekly hour requirements may apply based on client assignment
