Remote Referral Partnerships Manager
Funkit Interiors is looking for a Referral Partnerships Manager to launch and grow a brand-new referral channel.
This role will focus on finding the right partners, building long-term relationships, generating referral opportunities, and creating a scalable system that drives measurable revenue.
You’ll be responsible for:
• Recruiting and onboarding referral partners
• Building and managing partner relationships
• Creating outreach and partnership campaigns
• Managing referred leads and opportunities
• Tracking pipeline, conversions, and revenue
• Improving the program based on performance data
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, channel sales, or referral marketing
• Strong communication, outreach, and relationship-building skills
• Experience working with CRMs, pipelines, and performance metrics
• Must live in the United States and be authorized to work in the U.S.
