Position Overview
Optimergence is looking for a Private Jet Mystery Passenger – an independent evaluator who will discreetly assess the quality of private jet travel experiences. The selected candidate will travel on private charter flights and evaluate every stage of the journey from booking to arrival, providing professional reports that help aviation companies improve their services and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate the complete private jet travel experience, including:
charter booking process
communication with brokers or operators
FBO and VIP terminal experience
boarding procedures
cabin comfort and cleanliness
inflight service and catering
professionalism of cabin crew
Assess factors such as:
seat comfort and ergonomics
cabin noise level
onboard productivity environment
privacy and atmosphere in the cabin
Document observations with structured evaluation reports after each flight.
Provide constructive feedback and insights for service improvement.
Requirements
Strong observational and analytical skills
Excellent written English
High level of discretion and professionalism
Interest in aviation, luxury travel, or hospitality
Ability to travel internationally and adapt to flexible schedules
Preferred Qualifications
Background in aviation, hospitality, luxury travel, or journalism
Familiarity with Business Aviation standards and services
