Technical Co-founder (CTO)

Looking for a highly strong Technical Co-founder. I am building Wisentry FULL-TIME and would need someone who can also go full-time (without any monetary compensation) with "EQUAL EQUITY" to co-found/co-own Wisentry with me. If you cannot focus on Wisentry without juggling another company/startup then we are not a fit— I have been on both side of this table and I know which pattern produces results (which is everyone going all in).
I seek a high agency person, fast and strong builder who can build products alone without the help of an initial team. We are not running a "project" but we are building a startup which solves a problem for B2C startups.
STARTUP CONCEPT:
Wisentry is a lead and intelligence/insight platform for B2C startups.
Deep Explanation/Framework:
Wisentry will need to capture "complaints— consumers complaining on socials about a difficulty they face" and align that complaint with "intent to buy."
The leads which will be based on these factors mentioned above will be classified and carefully chosen based on relevancy (time relevance) as someone complaining about a problem in the last 3 hours is more of a relevant hot lead than one who complained a month or even 2 days ago.
Also, using our technology, B2C startups can know how relevant their "solution" is in the market based on what people have talked about (more of a "consumer simulation").
Yes, we would need to have a lot of calls everyday (mostly video calls even while we are working; not to micromanage but to replace the gap of not being in the same location and to create a better sense of bonding). And a WORK TRAIL is most suitable for me.
