We are hiring a Quality Assurance Engineer to own quality for supply chain and logistics software built for a federal health customer. You will sit inside a product team, build and maintain the test automation, and be the person the team trusts to say whether a release is ready.
What You Will Do...
Own testing for a federal health supply chain product team, including what is automated and what is tested manually
Build and maintain automated regression suites that run in the delivery pipeline
Test functionality, performance, security and accessibility throughout each release cycle
Manage defects end to end: reproduce, document, triage and track to closure
Assess release readiness and report it with supporting evidence
Minimum Qualifications...
Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of software quality assurance or test engineering experience
Hands-on test automation built and maintained inside a CI/CD pipeline
Experience testing inside an Agile or SAFe delivery team
Section 508 accessibility testing experience
Defect management and Agile lifecycle tracking in Jira
Ability to obtain and maintain a federal background investigation (Public Trust)
Preferred Qualifications...
Experience on federal health IT programs
Familiarity with federal IT governance and approved-tooling processes
Accessibility testing with assistive technology and scanning tools such as JAWS, NVDA, or axe
Performance and load testing experience (JMeter, k6, LoadRunner)
API and service-layer test automation; contract testing experience
ISTQB certification, or a SAFe certification (SAFe Practitioner, SAFe DevOps)
Experience testing supply chain, logistics, inventory, or asset management systems
