Social Media & NIL Marketing Intern

Open Unpaid Internship Role:
At Electro, we're building the future of athlete-first hydration. Our functional electrolyte gum supports performance, focus, and recovery, and our team works with college and pro athletes across the country.
Unpaid internship role. We're looking for someone to help expand our partnerships across college and pro athletes. You'll be running daily outreach, qualifying athletes, and making sure every new ambassador has a smooth onboarding experience.
Day to Day
→ Qualify inbound athlete applications and route the strong ones to the team.
→ Reply to athlete DMs every day with accuracy, speed, and professionalism.
→ Help onboard new athlete ambassadors into the program.
→ Coordinate with the founding team on athlete program updates.
→ Build strong athlete relationships through clear and supportive communication.
Who You Are
→ Quick learner who can pick up internal tools and systems fast.
→ Strong written English and communication skills.
→ Bonus if you're a current or former college athlete or have worked in NIL.
→ Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote startup environment.
