Unpaid Internship Opportunity:
Electro makes functional electrolyte gum designed for athletes who need real performance, focus, and recovery without the sugar crash. Our network includes a massive base of college athlete ambassadors plus partnerships with NBA and NFL players.
Heads up, this is an unpaid role. We're hiring an intern to help recruit and manage NIL athletes and athlete-creators on Instagram. You'll be sourcing new talent, handling outreach DMs, and keeping our athlete pipeline organized.
What You'll Do
• Build outreach lists of college athletes by school, sport, and conference.
• Flag unique requests or issues to the founding team quickly.
• Recruit new athlete ambassadors into the program and walk them through onboarding.
• Keep athlete records organized and up to date.
• Send personalized DMs and emails to NIL athletes to pitch ambassador partnerships.

Requirements
• Comfortable doing cold outreach to college athletes.
