Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kakori, supporting both tailoring and warehouse operations. Day-to-day tasks may include taking measurements, performing fittings, sewing and altering garments, and ensuring finished items meet quality standards. The role also involves organizing and storing clothing items, preparing orders for pickup, maintaining inventory records, and keeping the work area neat and safe. The team member will interact with customers to understand their requirements, provide updates on orders, and ensure a positive service experience. Collaboration with other staff to meet deadlines and manage workload is an important part of this position.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Tailoring and Dressmaking skills, including sewing, alteration, and garment construction.
Candidates should possess Fitting skills, with the ability to take accurate measurements and adjust garments for comfort and style.
Candidates should possess Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally, understand needs, and resolve concerns.
Attention to detail, basic math skills for measurements, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Experience in a tailoring shop, garment production, or warehouse environment is preferred but not required.
Ability to stand for extended periods, handle fabrics and materials safely, and maintain an organized workspace.
Reliability, punctuality, and willingness to learn new techniques and processes.
