Role Description
This is a 3-month unpaid internship designed to give you hands-on experience in social media marketing and audience research. We know you are balancing college coursework, so this role requires just 2 hours of focused work per day, with complete flexibility on when you complete your tasks.
Duration: 3 Months (Unpaid Internship)
Type: Remote (1.5–2 Hours/Day)
Key Responsibilities
Content Management: Assist in formatting, scheduling, and publishing our daily marketing content (such as Reels and carousels) across social media platforms to maintain a consistent brand presence.
B2B Audience Prospecting: Conduct daily digital research to identify and build a targeted list of 10 key industry professionals and potential clients for our core team.
Social Listening & Trend Analysis: Monitor platform algorithms, industry trends, and audio formats to help the marketing team understand what content performs best in our target markets.
Brand Support: Work on daily operational tasks to support our overall digital footprint and increase inbound marketing reach.
What We Are Looking For
Academic Background: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program (BBA, B.Com, B.Tech, BA, or related degrees all welcome).
Platform Fluency: A strong, intuitive understanding of Instagram, short-form video algorithms, and general digital culture.
Consistency: A disciplined self-starter who can reliably deliver 1.5 to 2 hours of focused work every day without needing micromanagement.
