Vice President Operations Services

Role Description The Vice President, Operations Services is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing and optimizing operational functions across the organization. This position leads cross-functional teams to ensure efficient processes, effective resource allocation, and alignment between operations, finance, and strategic priorities. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing operational performance, developing and implementing process improvements, and managing budgets in collaboration with finance partners. The role also involves setting operational goals, monitoring key performance indicators, and reporting results to senior leadership. The Vice President, Operations Services will coach and mentor team leaders, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and support long-term organizational strategy and growth.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-informed decisions.
Proven experience in operations management, with a track record of improving processes, efficiency, and service quality.
Solid understanding of finance, budgeting, and cost management to align operational decisions with financial objectives.
Demonstrated team management capabilities, including leading diverse teams, fostering collaboration, and developing talent.
Strategic planning skills with experience in setting long-term operational goals and executing organizational initiatives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in a senior leadership role within operations or related functions; remote leadership experience is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, finance, or a related field; an advanced degree is an advantage.
Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory leadership practices.
