Role Description The Assistant Manager role at Flex Printing is a full-time, on-site position based in Sohela. The Assistant Manager will support daily shop operations, including supervising staff, coordinating print orders, monitoring production schedules, and ensuring quality standards are met. This role includes interacting with customers, managing inquiries, preparing order estimates, and addressing any service issues. The Assistant Manager will help maintain inventory, oversee equipment usage, and support implementation of operational processes to improve efficiency. The position also involves assisting with basic record-keeping, reporting to senior management, and contributing to a safe, organized work environment.
Qualifications
Experience in supervising day-to-day operations in a production, printing, or retail environment.
Strong customer service skills, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining professional communication.
Basic knowledge of printing processes or willingness to learn flex printing techniques and related equipment handling.
Organizational and time-management skills to coordinate orders, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Ability to work on-site in Sohela, collaborate with team members, and support a positive workplace culture.
Comfort with basic documentation, record-keeping, and use of simple computer tools or point-of-sale systems.
Prior experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role is preferred but not required.
