Manager, Total Rewards

The Manager, Total Rewards will lead the strategy, design, administration, and compliance of compensation, benefits, payroll, and broader total rewards programs.
This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on operational ownership across a fully remote workforce of more than 400 employees.
You will use market data, compensation analysis, and internal equity insights to shape competitive and sustainable rewards programs.
The position will oversee annual compensation cycles, variable compensation, benefits administration, payroll operations, and health plan strategy.
You will also serve as a trusted advisor to employees and leaders, translating complex payroll, benefits, and regulatory matters into practical solutions.
As the function grows, you will build scalable processes and develop a Payroll & Benefits Coordinator to expand operational capacity.
The ideal candidate is analytical, highly detail-oriented, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to balance long-term strategy with precise day-to-day execution.
