This role supports a growing community partnerships function within a mission-driven healthcare environment.
You’ll combine project coordination, data analysis, systems ownership, and operational execution to help a field-based partnerships team scale effectively.
Working closely with senior partnership leadership, you’ll turn ambiguous requests into clear actions and ensure important initiatives move from idea to completion.
You’ll maintain playbooks, partner-facing materials, CRM data, dashboards, and operational workflows that keep teams aligned and informed.
The position also provides opportunities to analyze large datasets, identify anomalies, and generate insights that support better business decisions.
As the organization grows into new markets, you’ll help build scalable processes, improve visibility, and strengthen cross-functional collaboration.
