Chief Technology Architect

Job Requirements
Candidates shall meet one of the following educational and working experience requirements:
1. Hold a PhD degree from a well-known university, majoring in Electronic Information Engineering, Computer Science, Automation or other related fields, with no less than 3 years of R&D team management experience;
2. Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree, with more than 10 years of relevant industry work experience and R&D team management experience.
Have a basic understanding of the full product development lifecycle covering hardware, embedded software, structural design, product testing and other links. Relevant working experience in consumer electronics, industrial equipment, smart hardware and other industries is preferred.
Possess competent English skills for daily business and technical work, able to read and understand professional technical documents and participate in international technical exchanges and conferences.
Technical Competencies
Core Technologies
· Familiar with embedded software development based on MCU/MPU architecture, with practical experience in embedded system architecture design and project implementation.
· Have basic knowledge of Linux driver and application development as well as RTOS performance optimization. Candidates with experience in signal processing, control algorithm design, or professional knowledge of BMS/PCS/EMS and power electronics technology will be given priority.
· Have practical experience in promoting embedded system products from R&D prototype development to formal mass production and market application.
· Possess basic hardware design audit capability, able to review schematic diagrams and PCB designs, and provide professional technical guidance for hardware team’s daily work.
Technical Management
· Understand the basic IPD product development process, with experience in formulating and optimizing internal technical standard systems such as code specifications and design document management norms.
· Keep abreast of the development trends of AI intelligent manufacturing and Industrial Internet of Things, capable of sorting out technical development directions and drafting medium and long-term (3-5 year) technical development plans for the team.
Management Capabilities
· Have good cross-departmental communication and collaboration abilities, experienced in cooperating with R&D, production, supply chain and other departments, and familiar with matrix-style project management modes.
· Able to connect team technical goals with company business development objectives, and participate in annual team budget arrangement and human and material resource planning work.
