Role Description The Senior Strategic Advisor at Continuum AI Studio is a full-time remote role responsible for guiding clients and internal teams on high-impact AI and business strategy initiatives. On a day-to-day basis, this role assesses client needs, analyzes data and market trends, and develops actionable strategic recommendations that align AI solutions with business objectives. The Senior Strategic Advisor leads discovery sessions and workshops, structures consulting engagements, and collaborates closely with executive stakeholders to define roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and manage risk. The role also oversees key projects, ensures effective execution of strategic plans, and mentors colleagues on strategic thinking and client communication. This position requires strong independent judgment, clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible business narratives.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret complex data, identify patterns, and generate insights that inform strategic decisions.
Consulting experience, with a track record of advising clients, facilitating stakeholder discussions, and delivering structured, outcome-focused recommendations.
Executive Management capabilities, including working with senior leadership, influencing decision-making, and presenting strategic options to executive stakeholders.
Project Management skills to plan, coordinate, and monitor strategic initiatives, manage timelines and resources, and ensure successful delivery.
Strategic Planning expertise in defining long-term goals, building AI and business roadmaps, and aligning technology initiatives with organizational priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting, collaborate across time zones, and manage multiple priorities.
Experience in AI, data analytics, digital transformation, or related fields is highly beneficial.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
