We’re Hiring: HR Operations & Statutory Compliance Specialist
Are you a seasoned HR professional with strong expertise in labor laws, payroll operations, and statutory compliance?
Professional Hospitality & Support Services is looking for a driven dynamic individual to join our leadership team in Trivandrum, Kerala!
Key Responsibilities :
HR Operations & Payroll: Oversee end-to-end HR operations,
onboarding, exit formalities, attendance processing, and monthly
payroll coordination.
Statutory Compliance: Manage PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Labour
Welfare Fund, statutory filings, remittances, and license renewals.
Talent & Employee Relations: Handle recruitment, manpower
planning, grievance redressal, and disciplinary workflows.
Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with government authorities and
internal Operations, Finance, and Management teams.
What We’re Looking For :
- Proven experience in HR Operations & Statutory Compliance for
large-scale workforces.
- Solid working knowledge of PF, ESI, PT, and Indian Labour Laws.
- Industry Preference: Background in Facility Management,
Hospitality, Security Services, or Manpower Outsourcing.
- Proficiency in MS Office & HRMS platforms with strong analytical
and communication skills.
