IT Computer System Validation Specialist - SAP

Role Description The IT Computer System Validation Specialist – SAP is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. The specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and documenting validation activities for SAP and related IT systems, ensuring compliance with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Day-to-day tasks include developing validation plans and test scripts, performing system tests, analyzing results, and preparing validation reports. The role involves close collaboration with IT, quality, and business stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, maintain secure and reliable systems, and support change management for SAP configurations and upgrades. The specialist also contributes to continuous improvement of validation processes, user documentation, and training materials.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Information Technology skills, including understanding of enterprise systems and SAP environments.
Candidates should possess Network Administration and Network Security skills to help ensure stable, secure connectivity for validated systems.
Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing, analyzing, and resolving system and validation-related issues.
Candidates should possess Customer Service and stakeholder communication skills to support users, gather requirements, and explain validation outcomes clearly.
Experience with computer system validation (CSV) methodologies, documentation standards, and regulatory or compliance frameworks (e.g., GxP, ISO) is beneficial.
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work systematically within defined procedures are required.
A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
Relevant SAP certifications, IT security certifications, or experience in a regulated industry are advantageous.
