The selected vendor will supply skilled developers to collaborate with our internal teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Scope of Work: The vendor will be responsible for providing experienced developers who possess the following skills and expertise: JAVA Development: Proficiency in JAVA programming language. Experience with JAVA frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate). Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles. Ability to develop scalable and maintainable code. Big Data Development: Expertise in big data tools and frameworks such as Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka. Experience with data processing, storage, and analytics. Knowledge of database systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL). Familiarity with cloud-based big data solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). UI/UX Development: Skilled in front-end development technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Experience with modern UI frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js). Strong understanding of user-centered design principles. Ability to create responsive and visually appealing interfaces. Requirements: The vendor must provide developers with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in JAVA, big data, and UI development. Developers should have a proven track record of delivering similar projects. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Availability to work on-site or remotely, depending on project requirements. Flexibility to adapt to changing project needs and timelines. Deliverables: High-quality software solutions that meet project specifications. Regular progress updates and reports. Documentation of code and development processes. Post-development support and maintenance as needs Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Strong English communication and teamwork skills.
