About the Opportunity
The Customer Success Manager is responsible for owning a designated book of business and managing the complete customer lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal. This role focuses on executing at a high level to achieve retention, expansion, and customer satisfaction goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the full customer lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption, expansion selling, and renewals.
• Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets.
• Lead customer retention initiatives and long-term relationship strategies.
• Collaborate with sales and internal teams to onboard and support new customers, serving as a trusted advisor to existing clients.
• Develop deep expertise in e-commerce and the product suite, delivering strategic insights through data analysis and reporting to help customers achieve business objectives.
• Create customer success plans and facilitate executive-level quarterly business reviews.
• Build and maintain cross-functional relationships at both user and executive levels across multiple internal teams and client brands.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Professional experience in account management or customer success within digital media, e-commerce, technology platforms, or SaaS organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and expand a substantial book of business while sharing best practices with peers.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
• Prior experience working with performance-based compensation tied to sales, revenue, and retention goals.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with major retail platforms, such as Amazon, Best Buy, or Walmart.
• Project management experience or demonstrated project management skills.
• Background in account planning.
• Experience utilizing Google Analytics and executing digital marketing strategies.
