Role Description The Production Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Tiruvallur, supporting the end-to-end production process for Beta’s software and related services. This role involves coordinating daily production activities, monitoring workflows, and ensuring that deliverables are completed on schedule and meet internal quality standards. The Production Assistant will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, assist with documentation and basic editing of production-related materials, and help resolve issues that may impact timelines or customer satisfaction. The role also includes providing support to internal and external stakeholders, maintaining clear communication, and contributing to continuous improvement of production processes.
Qualifications
Ability to perform core Production Assistance tasks, including coordination of workflows and support for day-to-day operations.
Skills in Quality Control to review outputs, identify inconsistencies, and ensure adherence to company standards.
Customer Service and communication skills to support internal teams and external stakeholders professionally and effectively.
Basic Editing skills to assist with production documentation, check content for clarity, and correct minor errors.
Demonstrated Teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate, follow instructions, and contribute to shared goals.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment; prior experience in software or IT production is an advantage.
Relevant education or training in production, operations, IT, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
