Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for Doctors based in Telangana, India. The role involves providing high-quality clinical care, conducting patient consultations, performing examinations, diagnosing conditions, and developing appropriate treatment plans. Doctors will maintain accurate and timely medical records, ensure adherence to clinical protocols, and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated patient care. Responsibilities also include educating patients on preventive care, monitoring treatment outcomes, and participating in quality improvement and clinical governance activities. The role may involve working with diverse patient populations, supporting organizational health initiatives, and contributing to a safe, ethical, and compliant clinical environment.
Qualifications
Relevant medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution and valid medical registration/license as required in India.
Demonstrated clinical expertise in diagnosing, treating, and managing common medical conditions; specialization or post-graduate qualifications are an advantage.
Strong patient care skills, including clear communication, empathy, and the ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams and follow established clinical protocols and guidelines.
Proficiency in maintaining accurate medical documentation, using clinical information systems, and complying with regulatory and ethical standards.
Commitment to continuous professional development, staying updated with current medical practices and evidence-based treatments.
Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle a steady patient load in a fast-paced clinical setting.
Experience in hospital or clinic environments in India, particularly in Telangana or similar regions, is beneficial.
