About TAF Technology
TAF Technology is a web development studio. For more than 10 years we have been the delivery partner behind digital and marketing agencies in Australia, the US, the UK and Canada. Agencies trust us with their clients' work, and we intend to keep earning that trust as we grow.
About the role
We're looking for a Project Manager who started as a web designer / developer and now works AI-first project and client management. Most of our work is website design and development for agencies' clients, with occasional web and mobile app projects.
AI tools are at the centre of how we work. You will use tools like Claude Code every day to review code, plan and scope work, write briefs, run QA and speed up delivery, and you will help our team get better at using them too.
What you'll do
Plan the work, split it into tasks, and keep timelines honest
Use Claude Code and other AI tools to review code, find issues and QA every deliverable before it reaches a client
Build and improve AI workflows that make our team faster: briefs, checklists, reviews and reporting
Run a small team of developers and a designer, and unblock them fast
Write clear updates for agency partners and join client calls when needed
Scope and estimate new requests, manage change requests, and spot risks early
What you bring
Daily, hands-on experience with AI coding tools like Claude Code, Cursor or GitHub Copilot on real projects
You know where AI helps, where it gets things wrong, and how to check its work
1+ years working as a web developer (WordPress, Shopify, or JavaScript frameworks like React)
1+ years managing web projects or leading a development team
Familiarity with Elementor, Tailwind CSS, Cloudflare, Framer or Webflow is a plus
Clear written and spoken English. Our partners should never have to guess what you mean
Experience working with agencies or international clients
You tell people the truth early, even when it's uncomfortable

Salary: Negotiable
Full-time (remote)
Starts with a paid trial period
Mon - Sat (8am - 4pm)
Work from home - anywhere in Bangladesh!
Requirements: a high end computer or laptop with a minimum 21-inch monitor, stable internet with backup, quality headphones, and electricity backup.
