What You’ll Do
This is a fully remote, independent contracting role. You'll:
Provide mentoring and guidance to clients as they work toward professional and personal goals
Use social platforms and networking strategies to connect with prospective clients (training provided)
Conduct structured conversations to understand client needs and align solutions
Support clients in overcoming challenges, strengthening resilience, and adapting to change
Collaborate with like-minded professionals who share a passion for growth and development
What You’ll Bring
A genuine interest in personal growth and leadership
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with social media platforms (or willingness to learn)
Proven ability to build trust and lasting relationships
A proactive, self-driven approach to work
At least 5 years of professional experience (post-study)
