What You'll Do
Your activities will include:
Marketing and promoting personal and professional development programs
Using digital and social media channels to generate enquiries (no cold calling)
Responding to prospective client enquiries
Conducting initial conversations with prospective clients
Following a structured process to assess interest and suitability
Providing information about available programs
Maintaining professional follow-up with prospective clients
Participating in ongoing online training and development
Managing your own schedule and day-to-day activities
