B2B Technical Lead – Support Services

We’re Hiring — B2B Tech Support & Business Development
TheBTechGuy is looking for a B2B Tech Support & Business Development Executive to join us on a contract-based, performance-driven engagement.
You’ll help us identify businesses that need technology solutions and turn those opportunities into long-term client relationships. The role covers lead generation, outreach, requirement understanding, client communication, sales coordination, and relationship management.
What you’ll do
- Find and qualify B2B leads
- Research startups, companies, and founders
- Connect with founders, CXOs, and decision-makers
- Conduct LinkedIn, email, and direct outreach
- Understand business and technology requirements
- Schedule discovery calls and meetings
- Coordinate with our technical team
- Support proposals, negotiations, and deal closure
- Follow up with prospects and clients
- Build long-term relationships and identify repeat opportunities
The role is focused on building a consistent B2B pipeline rather than simply generating one-time leads.

Who can apply?
- 0–3 years of experience
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills can apply
