UX Designer

We're looking for a UX Designer to join our product team as the second UX designer. This is an opportunity to take significant ownership of the UX across an enterprise SaaS product and work closely with product, engineering, design, and leadership teams. You'll be responsible for taking projects from discovery to delivery, simplifying complex workflows, and creating intuitive experiences for technical enterprise users.
Responsibilities:
Own UX projects end-to-end, from discovery and concept through production.
Translate complex business requirements and user needs into simple, intuitive workflows.
Create journey maps, information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs.
Work closely with product managers, engineers, founders, and other designers to define product requirements.
Lead design reviews, gather feedback, and iterate quickly based on changing requirements.
Partner with developers to provide clear design specifications and documentation.
Maintain UX quality and contribute to the design system and visual language.
Navigate ambiguity and help bring multiple stakeholder perspectives together to define clear product solutions.
Requirements:
3+ years of professional UX design experience.
Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with complex workflows or enterprise software.
Experience designing technical web applications, ideally B2B/enterprise SaaS.
Strong understanding of data-heavy interfaces, tables, forms, dashboards, and complex workflows.
High proficiency in Figma and strong understanding of interaction and visual design patterns.
Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and listening skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Strong ownership mindset with the ability to take a project from discovery through delivery.
Ability to clearly explain and defend design decisions.
Comfort adapting approach based on feedback and new information.
Ability to facilitate discussions and bring different stakeholder perspectives together.
Curiosity and a habit of deeply understanding problems before jumping to solutions.
Systems thinking and understanding of how different parts of a product connect.
Comfort working through ambiguity and turning complex requirements into clear product experiences.
Good to Have:
Experience working in the data or analytics domain.
Experience with data visualization.
Experience using AI tools for UX/design workflows.
