About the role

Responsibilities:
Own UX projects end-to-end, from discovery and user research through design and delivery.
Design intuitive experiences for complex enterprise workflows, dashboards, data tables, forms, and technical applications.
Create journey maps, information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs.
Work closely with product managers, engineers, founders, and designers to turn ambiguous requirements into clear product solutions.
Lead design reviews, incorporate stakeholder feedback, and ensure consistent UX quality.
Partner with UI developers to provide detailed design specifications and support implementation.
Contribute to the evolution of Komprise's design system and visual language.
Requirements:
3+ years of professional UX/product design experience.
Strong portfolio demonstrating enterprise software or complex workflow design.
Experience designing technical web applications, dashboards, data-heavy interfaces, forms, and interactive workflows.
Strong proficiency in Figma, user interactions, and visual design patterns.
Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and take ownership.
Good to Have:
Experience in data analytics, data visualization, or SaaS products.
Experience using AI tools for UX/product design.
Strong systems thinking and ability to simplify complex technical problems.
