Operations Executive

Company Description Shrine Voyagges is a one-stop travel solutions provider specializing in arrangements across India, Sri Lanka, Maldives, and Nepal. The company focuses on inbound tourism, offering comprehensive ground services to international travelers. Shrine Voyagges also provides specialized support for international cruise liners at ports in India, Sri Lanka, and the Maldives. The team works closely with partners and clients to deliver seamless travel experiences, customized itineraries, and reliable on-the-ground coordination.
Role Description The Operations Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role involves overseeing day-to-day travel operations, coordinating bookings and ground services, and ensuring accurate documentation and timely execution of itineraries. The Operations Executive will liaise with vendors, cruise liner partners, and internal teams to manage schedules, resolve operational issues, and maintain service quality. The role also includes monitoring logistics, updating systems and records, and supporting the optimization of processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills to handle daily workflows, logistics, and service delivery.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to review data, identify operational issues, and support process improvements.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to coordinate with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Relevant experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, or logistics operations is highly beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with basic office software and operational tools; a bachelor’s degree in business, tourism, or a related field is an advantage.
