Role Description The Assistant/Helper role at LCM Industries is a full-time, on-site position based in Hisar. In this role, the team member supports daily manufacturing and operational activities, including moving materials, loading and unloading items, and assisting machine operators or supervisors as needed. Responsibilities may include basic cleaning and organization of work areas, preparing tools and equipment, and following instructions to help maintain smooth production flow. The Assistant/Helper is expected to follow all safety guidelines, report any issues to the supervisor, and communicate clearly with coworkers to ensure tasks are completed on time. This position may involve standing for extended periods, handling light to moderate physical tasks, and working collaboratively in a structured industrial setting.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess basic communication skills, including the ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
