#RequiredKnowledge
✔ 2–5 years of experience with Contract Labour Management Systems or any workforce management applications.
✔ Knowledge of contract labor enrollment requirements.
✔ Good communication and documentation skills.
✔ Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues of Facial Devices and Access Control Systems
#Eligibility:
• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Electronics, Electrical, E&TC, Instrumentation or related field
• 2–5 Years Experience
#KeyResponsibilities:
• Coordination with client for their daily HR Process for contract labour management system.
• Assess client premises to determine application issues.
• Monitor statutory compliance, including labor licenses, insurance, and mandatory documentation.
• Configure system workflows, user roles, and access permissions.
• Assist in integrating CLMS with HRMS, ERP, biometric attendance, or access control systems.
• Train end users, contractors, and internal stakeholders on CLMS usage
