Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Pune District. The Graphic Designer will create visual assets for digital and print, including marketing materials, product visuals, social media creatives, and in-app graphics that align with the B-Vyapari brand. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design concepts, creating logos and icons, defining and maintaining brand guidelines, and delivering consistent visual communication across all channels. The role involves collaborating with marketing, product, and sales teams to translate business requirements into clear, engaging designs, while iterating based on feedback and data. The Graphic Designer will manage multiple projects, prepare files for various formats, and ensure all designs support user experience and brand recognition.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for digital and print materials.
Experience in Logo Design and Branding to create and maintain cohesive brand identities.
Proficiency in Typography and layout design to produce clear, readable, and visually appealing content.
Advanced ability with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma or similar).
Portfolio demonstrating creative, user-focused design work across multiple channels.
Ability to work on-site in Pune District, manage deadlines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail, strong visual communication skills, and openness to feedback and iteration.
Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
