Role Description The Director of Product Management is a full-time, remote role responsible for setting and driving the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across Credo Ventures’ portfolio initiatives. This role involves leading product discovery and definition, gathering and prioritizing requirements, and aligning product decisions with business objectives and market opportunities. The Director will collaborate with founders, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to guide product lifecycle activities, from concept and MVP design through launch, iteration, and scale. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing product performance, synthesizing customer and market feedback, defining success metrics, and overseeing project execution to ensure timely delivery. The role also entails mentoring product managers, establishing best practices, and promoting a culture of data-informed decision making and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Strong product leadership background, including Product Strategy and Product Management expertise, with a track record of defining and executing successful product roadmaps.
Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess market trends, evaluate product performance, and support evidence-based decision making.
Demonstrated Team Leadership capabilities, including mentoring product managers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and influencing senior stakeholders.
Solid Project Management skills to plan, prioritize, and coordinate multiple initiatives, manage risks, and deliver outcomes on schedule.
Experience working in technology-driven environments, ideally with startups or high-growth companies, and familiarity with agile or lean product development methodologies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex product concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or similar) is a plus.
Comfort working remotely across time zones, with strong self-management and collaboration skills in distributed teams.
