Role Description The Warehouse Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations. This includes receiving, checking, and storing incoming materials, organizing and maintaining inventory, and ensuring accurate documentation of stock movements. The role involves coordinating packing and dispatch activities, preparing orders for shipment, and collaborating with internal teams and logistics partners to meet delivery timelines. The Warehouse Executive is expected to maintain a clean, safe, and compliant warehouse environment and to follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines. The position also requires regular communication with procurement, production, and customer service teams to support smooth supply chain operations.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Warehouse Management and Inventory Control to manage stock levels, storage, and material handling efficiently.
Candidates should possess skills in Packing and basic order processing to ensure accurate, safe, and compliant dispatch of goods.
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to coordinate with internal teams, logistics partners, and stakeholders.
Candidates should have knowledge of basic computer applications and inventory/ERP systems for data entry and record-keeping.
Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to follow SOPs and safety guidelines.
Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing sector, is beneficial.
A relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or a related field is an advantage.
