Role Description Earn up to 300,000 in commission per student for this role. The International Student Recruitment Partner (Commission-Based Only) is a contract role responsible for identifying, engaging, and supporting prospective students who are interested in studying abroad. This on-site role, based in Lagos, involves meeting with potential applicants, explaining available programs and destinations, and guiding them through eligibility checks, documentation requirements, and application timelines. The partner will conduct outreach activities such as school visits, information sessions, and one-on-one consultations, as well as maintain relationships with local influencers, counselors, and communities to generate leads. Day-to-day tasks include following up with inquiries, assisting with application forms, coordinating with internal teams or institutional partners, and ensuring a high level of service throughout the recruitment and admission process. Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to counsel and support students or clients, with strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Experience in sales, marketing, or business development, ideally within education, travel, or related sectors.
Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written), with the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences.
Proven organizational and time-management skills, including handling multiple inquiries, deadlines, and follow-ups.
Familiarity with international education systems, admission processes, or visa procedures is highly beneficial.
Comfort working on a commission-based compensation structure, with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
Ability to work on-site in Lagos and conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and outreach activities.
Minimum of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Social Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
