Role Description The Desktop Publishing Executive role at Unique Lingua Solutions is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Desktop Publishing Executive will format, design, and prepare documents and multimedia content for print and digital distribution, ensuring that translated and localized materials meet visual, technical, and brand standards. Daily tasks include working with layout and design software, integrating translated text into various file types, adjusting fonts and styles, and ensuring consistency across languages and platforms. The role involves collaborating with translators, project managers, and quality assurance teams to deliver accurate, visually polished documents and marketing materials within project timelines.
Qualifications
Strong desktop publishing and layout skills using tools such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
Experience working with multilingual content, including handling different fonts, character sets, and layout adjustments for translated materials.
Attention to detail and quality, with the ability to review and correct formatting, styling, and visual inconsistencies.
Basic understanding of translation and localization workflows, and ability to collaborate effectively with language and project teams.
Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
Relevant diploma or degree in Desktop Publishing, Graphic Design, Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
