Sourcing Executive / Sourcing Manager

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Sourcing Executive / Sourcing Manager. The role includes identifying, evaluating, and onboarding suppliers to meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements. The person will manage end-to-end procurement activities, including RFQs, price comparisons, contract negotiation, and purchase order processing. Daily responsibilities involve tracking vendor performance, maintaining sourcing databases, coordinating with internal departments on material requirements, and resolving supply issues. The role also includes supporting recruitment or vendor resource sourcing as needed, preparing regular reports, and contributing to process improvements and cost-optimization initiatives.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills to evaluate suppliers, compare costs, and assess procurement data.
Effective communication skills for coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Proficiency in contract negotiation and vendor management to secure favorable terms.
Experience in procurement, purchasing processes, and supply chain operations.
Exposure to recruiting or sourcing external resources and partners is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Jaipur and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and other procurement-related software tools.
Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and integrity in handling commercial information.
