We are seeking an experienced Design Manager / Architectural Consultant to lead design development, architectural coordination, project delivery, and design quality across building and development projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead architectural design, design development, documentation, and project coordination.
Develop and review design concepts, drawings, specifications, layouts, and technical solutions.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, clients, and project teams.
Ensure designs meet project requirements, quality standards, budgets, timelines, and regulatory requirements.
Review design proposals, technical submissions, materials, and construction details.
Identify and resolve design coordination issues, technical challenges, and project risks.
Support project planning, design reviews, approvals, and site coordination.
Requirements & Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Architectural Design, Construction, or a related field.
Proven experience in architectural design, design management, architectural consultancy, or a related senior role.
Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building regulations, construction methods, and project coordination.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or other relevant design software.
Strong design, technical, analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, consultants, and deadlines.
Professional accreditation such as Registered Architect, RIBA, ARB, or equivalent is an advantage.
Experience in commercial, residential, mixed-use, hospitality, or large-scale development projects is preferred.
