Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Growth Manager / Head of Growth to lead product growth, user acquisition, engagement, retention, monetisation, and overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute product growth strategies and initiatives.
Drive user acquisition, activation, retention, engagement, conversion, and monetisation.
Analyse product, customer, and growth metrics to identify opportunities.
Lead A/B testing, experimentation, product optimisation, and growth programmes.
Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, sales, data, and leadership teams.
Drive improvements in customer acquisition, retention, conversion, and revenue.
Lead growth analytics, automation, and performance reporting.
Mentor and lead growth and cross-functional teams.
Requirements & Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in product growth, growth strategy, digital growth, product management, or a related senior role.
Strong knowledge of growth funnels, user acquisition, retention, conversion, monetisation, and product analytics.
Strong analytical, strategic, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with product, engineering, marketing, sales, and data teams.
Familiarity with A/B testing, CRM, analytics platforms, marketing automation, and BI tools.
Experience in technology, SaaS, e-commerce, fintech, marketplaces, or digital products is preferred.
Proven track record of delivering measurable user, product, or revenue growth.
