$60–85 per hour, depending on experience
Overview
A multi-entity organization with operating companies across the country goes live on FloQast on October 1. From that date forward, every OpCo will be required to submit a balance sheet reconciliation for every GL account.
Some of those finance teams are ready. Many are not — either because they've never built a reconciliation to this standard, or because the ones they have won't survive review. That gap is the reason this role exists.
The Engagement
You'd be brought in as a self-sufficient resource and deployed directly to the operating companies that need help. In practice, that means diagnosing where existing reconciliations break down, rebuilding or designing templates from scratch, and working alongside OpCo accounting teams until they can stand on their own in the new tool. You'd move from entity to entity, set your own priorities, and own the outcome at each one.
This is hands-on remediation work with a clear finish line, not an advisory seat.
What the Role Requires
→ Senior Accountant, Accounting Manager, or equivalent background
→ Significant depth in balance sheet reconciliations — preparing them, reviewing them, and fixing them when they don't tie
→ Oracle Fusion experience. This one is non-negotiable
→ The ability to walk into an unfamiliar finance team, build credibility quickly, and run your own playbook without supervision
→ Comfort operating at pace against a live go-live deadline
→ Helpful, but not required: prior FloQast exposure, multi-entity or shared services experience, and a track record supporting system implementations or close-process improvements
