Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Agency role based at the Pure Vedic Gems Pvt. Ltd. office in New Delhi. The role involves developing and executing marketing strategies to promote certified gemstones, Rudrakshas, and related Vedic solutions across online and offline channels. Responsibilities include conducting market research, identifying target audiences, and planning campaigns to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. The role also requires close collaboration with sales and customer service teams to support lead generation, improve customer experience, and maintain long-term client relationships. Day-to-day tasks may include coordinating promotional activities, managing marketing content, tracking campaign performance, and providing insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients effectively and build lasting relationships.
Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to analyze trends, define target segments, and design impactful campaigns.
Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing skills to drive conversions, support revenue growth, and align promotional efforts with business objectives.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms to support online brand presence and performance tracking.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant academic background in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; prior experience in retail, wellness, or gemstone/astrology sectors is an advantage.
