About the role
Description supplied by the original job listing.
This is not a marketing coordinator role. This is not a RevOps analyst role. This is a specialist engineering position for someone who builds and owns the full go-to-market technical stack - from lead generation infrastructure to CRM pipelines to outbound automation - and makes it run without day-to-day management oversight. You will be the implementer. You take KPIs and strategy from the VP of Marketing and ship working systems that achieve those goals.
Responsibilities:
End-to-end management and optimization of our outbound stack (Clay, Reply.io, LinkedIn campaigns, Zoho Campaigns, and equivalents).
CRM architecture and data integrity - currently Zoho CRM, with opportunity for future AI migration.
Lead scoring models, MQL-to-SQL pipeline logic, and SA-SQL tracking. Rigorous and accurate weekly and monthly reporting.
Marketing automation workflows integrated across all active platforms, including Claude Cowork, Perplexity, and Gemini.
AEO/SEO technical infrastructure and distribution workflows, including Webflow, Google AI, AirOps, G2 and Reddit.
Ad tech integrations: paid social, SEM, and performance channels.
Webflow site updates and conversion optimization.
Continuous learning and implementation of AI and related technologies that serve the GTM.
Daily output reporting - you show your work every day.
Requirements:
Ad tech experience must be hands-on production experience building and managing paid and programmatic systems.
You have personally built and shipped at least 2 end-to-end outbound or marketing automation systems and have performance reporting to back it up.
Strong command of API integrations, webhook architecture, and no-code/low-code tooling (Make, Zapier, n8n equivalents).
You can migrate a CRM platform without losing data or breaking workflows.
Experience with AI tooling in a GTM context, including prompt engineering, LLM-assisted workflows, and MCP connectors, is a strong plus.
Start-up or high-growth environment experience. You're a proactive, innovative, collaborative builder and not waiting in a ticket queue.
Working overlap with US Eastern Time hours is a plus but not required. Availability to meet ~1-2 times per week US EST mornings.

8-12 yrs
