Parsewave is hiring sharp, curious people for a paid AI Dataset Quality Fellowship. You'll work on synthetic AI data quality: reviewing AI-generated tasks, identifying vague or broken outputs, improving weak examples, and helping maintain high-quality datasets for advanced AI systems. This is not a passive data annotation role. It is fast-paced, production-oriented work for people who already have some hands-on familiarity with AI tools and can learn quickly by doing.
Requirements:
Hands-on familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Codex, Gemini, or similar tools.
Strong attention to detail.
Clear written reasoning.
Comfort with self-directed work.
Interest in AI, datasets, evals, QA, coding, or technical writing.
Useful skills: Python, Linux, Bash, Docker, GitHub, APIs, JSON/YAML, prompt engineering, LLM evaluation, QA/testing, technical writing.
