Civil Engineering Manager / Civil Engineering Director

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Manager / Civil Engineering Director to lead civil engineering design, project delivery, technical coordination, and engineering operations across major infrastructure and development projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead civil engineering design, technical planning, project delivery, and engineering coordination.
Oversee civil works, infrastructure systems, site development, drainage, roads, earthworks, and utilities.
Review engineering drawings, calculations, specifications, technical submissions, and construction works.
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, consultants, authorities, and project teams.
Ensure projects comply with design standards, technical requirements, regulations, quality, cost, and schedules.
Identify and resolve technical issues, engineering risks, construction challenges, and design coordination matters.
Lead and mentor civil engineers, technical teams, and project personnel.
Requirements & Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in civil engineering, project management, engineering consultancy, or a senior engineering role.
Strong knowledge of civil design, infrastructure, construction methods, engineering standards, and regulatory requirements.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, BIM tools, hydraulic/drainage software, or other relevant engineering software.
Strong technical, analytical, leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage large-scale projects, multidisciplinary teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
Professional accreditation such as Professional Engineer (PE), Chartered Engineer, or equivalent is an advantage.
Experience in infrastructure, commercial, residential, mixed-use, transportation, or large-scale development projects is preferred.
