Role Description The Land Surveyor role at SHUBH INDIA is a contract, on-site position based in Amravati. The Land Surveyor will conduct field surveys, collect measurements, and record site data for land, building, and topographic projects. Daily tasks include operating surveying instruments, marking boundaries, preparing survey sketches, and collaborating with engineers, architects, and project managers. The role involves verifying levels and alignments, checking existing site conditions, and ensuring that all survey work complies with relevant standards and regulations. The Land Surveyor will also assist in preparing reports, maintaining equipment, and documenting survey results for use in design and construction.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge and practical experience in Land Surveying and Surveying techniques.
Ability to perform Topographic Surveys, including measurement of contours, levels, and site features.
Proficiency in using Total Station and related surveying instruments for accurate data collection.
Experience in Building Surveying, including layout, boundary marking, and verification of structural positions.
Familiarity with basic surveying software, data recording, and preparation of survey drawings or reports.
Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or a related field is preferred.
Good numerical skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret maps, plans, and technical documents.
Capability to work on-site in varying outdoor conditions and follow safety procedures.
Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams.
Previous experience in land or construction projects in Amravati or nearby regions is an advantage.
