The Role in One Line
During your first year, you will deliver in-person Competitive Programming training and mentor classes of 70–100 students. After one year, based on your performance and NxtWave’s business needs, you can get the opportunity to move into Software Development and work on scalable products and internal platforms.

What You'll Do
Deliver daily in-person Competitive Programming training — teach a class of 70–100 students with consistent engagement and learning outcomes
Build a strong Competitive Programming culture — encourage students to solve high-level problems, develop analytical thinking, and actively participate in coding contests
Build software, post year one — design, develop, and deploy features and internal tools that improve NxtWave's products and team productivity
Mentor and support students — resolve technical queries, break down complex problems into logical steps, provide personalized guidance, and help students improve their problem-solving ability
Implement and improve the curriculum — contribute to learning activities, problem sets, and training materials that prepare students for technical interviews and competitive programming
Maintain quality and mentor others — review student solutions and deliverables for accuracy, efficiency, and quality, while sharing best practices with junior trainers
Stay current — keep developing professionally in both teaching pedagogy and software development practices
You're A Strong Fit If
You have strong proficiency in Data Structures & Algorithms and Competitive Programming and can explain complex topics clearly and engagingly
You have a problem-solving skills, solution-seeking mindset and can quickly learn and use new tech platforms
Any teaching, mentorship, or coding community leadership experience is a plus — experience as a coding club head, technical club lead, student mentor, or trainer demonstrates your ability to guide others and adapt to different learning styles
Competitive programming experience (Codeforces / CodeChef / LeetCode / AtCoder) or ICPC/hackathon participation is a strong plus
You're comfortable using AI tools and integrations to enhance teaching and development work
You bring empathy, ambition, and openness to feedback, and work well with people from diverse backgrounds
Job Overview
Work Location — Pan-India (Stationed at NIAT-collaborated universities)
Working days — 6 days a week
Type of employment — Full-Time

🔹 L1: 0–2 yrs | Up to ₹12 LPA | Codeforces 1400+
🔹 L2: 2–5+ yrs | Up to ₹15 LPA | Codeforces 1600+ | ICPC Regional
🔹 L3: 2–5+ yrs | Up to ₹18 LPA | Codeforces 1800+ | ICPC Regional
Career path — Year 1: Competitive programming training & mentorship → Year 2+: Software Development projects (performance-based)
