Senior Customer Success Manager - Events

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive Customer Success Manager to take complete ownership of event execution and client coordination. This role will ensure every event is planned in detail, communicated clearly and executed seamlessly from confirmation to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end event planning and execution for assigned clients.
- Understand the client brief and translate it into a detailed execution plan.
- Coordinate closely with the operations, trainers, vendors and internal teams.
- Follow up proactively and aggressively with all stakeholders to ensure every detail is closed on time.
- Maintain detailed event trackers covering timelines, requirements, logistics, manpower, materials and deliverables.
- Ensure 100% readiness before every event, including confirmations, checklists, setup details and contingency planning.
- Take complete ownership of issues and resolve them without waiting for escalation.
- Be the single point of coordination for clients throughout the event lifecycle.
- Ensure post-event closure, feedback and documentation are completed.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–5 years of experience in event operations, client servicing or customer success.
- Exceptional ownership, follow-through and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously.
- Someone who is proactive, hands-on and does not need constant supervision.
- Willingness to go beyond the brief to ensure a smooth client experience.
