Role Description The Business Partner is a full-time remote role responsible for developing and managing client relationships, with a focus on investment and insurance solutions. Day-to-day activities include identifying prospective clients, conducting financial needs assessments, and recommending suitable products in line with regulatory standards. The role involves collaborating on financial consultancy projects, supporting mutual fund distribution activities, and contributing to client education initiatives through webinars, workshops, or digital content. The Business Partner will track portfolio performance, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service and strong client satisfaction. This position requires proactive communication, disciplined follow-up, and a commitment to professional integrity in all client interactions.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including mutual funds, insurance solutions, and basic wealth management concepts.
Skills in client relationship management, consultative selling, and stakeholder communication.
Ability to conduct financial needs analysis, interpret market information, and present recommendations clearly and confidently.
Comfort with remote work tools, digital communication platforms, and basic CRM or customer data management systems.
Relevant certifications or registrations (such as AMFI/NISM for mutual fund distribution) are highly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in financial services.
Strong ethical standards, attention to detail, and a client-focused mindset, with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
